Exciting News!

It's very exciting to me that a project I've been working on for several weeks is finally ready.

My first novel, The Man from Shenandoah, is now available as a multi-format eBook from Smashwords.com. And the even better news? As a special for Halloween Weekend, it's free!!!

https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/5269 - Use coupon code: ZM42L - This special free offer expires Nov. 3.

The smashing new cover design is by a great young man who lives in Arizona, Rex Sowards.

Let me know how the eBook reading experience is for you, and how you read them--on what device.

Just Life

I've been a bit under the weather this week, and had a bad headache all day long today. I discovered at bedtime yesterday that I didn't take my meds, so that could account for some of the heart-thumping and general malaise.

I've posted a new partial scene on The Characters in Marsha's Head. Go check it out! Be sure to critique, folks. I need feedback, especially from those of you of the testosterone persuasion. Is it true-to-life? Does a guy think this way?

Thanks!

Burning Questions

Where on earth has Marsha been?

Preparing for, going to, and returning from NW Washington, where she did a presentation at a writers retreat. And recovering.

Will my neighbors notice if I run out to my car in my stylin' gray, form-fitting, thermal pants?

Apparently they didn't. Thank goodness. EEK! The local handyman must have seen me. He just came by to pick up something I got in town for him yesterday. Which was in the car. Thank goodness I grabbed it while I was out there.

Are jersey sheets as warm as flannel ones?

We'll find out this winter. I just changed the bedding.
